 Mukesh Sahdev is founder CEO of XAnalysts dedicated to advancing competency in energy market analysis. He is global energy leader with 32+ years of experience across the oil value chain — supply, refining, trading , strategy, and consulting with Rystad Energy, Shell, AspenTech and Indian Oil. He served for four years at Rystad Energy as Senior Vice President, Chief Oil Analyst. At Shell (2006-2015), Mukesh played key leadership roles as Global Analysis Lead for Crude at Shell Trading Houston, Downstream Strategy Advisor and consultant at Shell businesses in APAC. Mukesh is recognized as one of the top global oil market analysts, with extensive media presence and a proven record of scaling research products, and shaping trading strategies for supermajors, independents, and financial institutions. 

Rajesh Chopra is a global chemical engineering leader with over 30 years of experience across refining, petrochemicals, and energy transition projects. He has held senior leadership roles at Shell, where he led multi-disciplinary teams across India, Europe, and Southeast Asia, delivering over $2 billion in business value through technology innovation, process optimization, and analysis.

Rajesh combines deep technical expertise with market foresight, helping organizations enhance performance, enable decarbonization, and evaluate build future-ready capabilities. He established Shell’s SMPO Centre of Excellence in India, creating a global benchmark for collaboration, knowledge transfer, and capability building.

Rajesh now advises clients on petchem market, energy transition strategy, and technology choices. 

Shreya Sahdev is a Journalist with a Master's in Media Practice from the University of Sydney. Her work explores the intersection of politics, climate change, and global affairs, with a focus on how media shapes public understanding and policy discourse.

With professional experience across both the United States and Australia, Shreya has reported on international developments, led social campaigns, and produced analytical stories that translate global issues into engaging narratives. She brings a strong journalistic lens driven by a commitment to accuracy, depth, and impactful storytelling. 

O.P. Verma is a scholar with master's in political science, avid reader and observer of global politics. He has studied the global international affairs from many dimensions - social, economics and politics for years. He brings deep knowledge of political theory and application of concepts in understanding the geo-political events in a lucid and easy to digest manner.

He is an author of scholarly articles and delivered presentations at prestigious seminars.

His interest in oil stems from watching how the politics has been shaped by the oil divide among the have and have nots.  

Manan Karnik is a Data Analyst and aspiring AI engineer with a background in Computer Science and Data Science from Monash University Malaysia. He has experience building scalable data pipelines that automate the ingestion, cleaning, and transformation of high-volume datasets to support data-driven decision making.

During his internship as a Generative AI Engineer at the Selangor Human Resource Development Centre (SHRDC), Manan worked on integrating generative AI into enterprise applications, developing systems to structure large-scale datasets for interaction with large language models, and designing API endpoints to host and benchmark open-source LLMs for secure internal use.

 Adhya Mehra is a data-driven professional with expertise in leveraging technology and analytics to drive business outcomes. She has experience working with data pipelines, analytical tools, and modern tech stacks to extract insights and support decision-making. Proficient in data analysis, visualization, and process optimization, Adhya brings a structured and problem-solving mindset to complex challenges. She is passionate about using data to build scalable solutions and improve operational efficiency.  She has Masters in Data Science from  University College Dublin
